Thanks to you and our growing Wagyu community, we wanted to share more about how to Experience Wagyu straight from Japan, in a more immersive way! We believe it's very important to educate and inspire our community so that people can enjoy the world of Wagyu from anywhere in the world. The depth of Wagyu is so intriguing, and with every video, we'd like to share about how to consume Wagyu in the most sustainable and delicious way.

HOW TO COOK WAGYU

A lot of people are very interested in trying Wagyu for the first time but scared of cooking such precious meat at home. For that, we are going to share tips and methods of cooking so people can cook it at home with the same confidence Japanese chefs cook this delicacy. Most importantly, we will share with you how to have fun with the different flavors Wagyu can offer by introducing you to different cuts, sauces, and cooking methods.

MEET THE HUMANS FROM THE WORLD OF WAGYU

We are called Humans of Wagyu because we believe that without people, this industry of Wagyu would be nonexistent. From farmers to chefs, there is a whole world of people contributing to the world's best beef in their own way. We'll be introducing some of these people from behind the scenes, to share the beauty of the Wagyu world.

LEARNING THE PARTS OF THE CATTLE

We know that everyone knows of the Ribeye, Filet, and NY Strip but what about the rest of the parts of the cattle? In our Humans of Wagyu series, we'll introduce different cuts that are not typically in the ordinary dinner menu and share how you can enjoy them! From thinly sliced Yakiniku cuts to thick-sliced barbecue cuts, we want to show you the world of Wagyu cooking so you can learn to appreciate every part of the animal, making it a sustainable barbecue.

Check out the video we shared, which shows the whole experience of cooking an A5 Wagyu Oyster Blade, also called Misuji in Japanese. The best way to enjoy our YouTube videos is by turning the sound on, and relaxing to the sound of Wagyu straight from Japan!
